Price Guarantee: Trip.com ensures that the price of the flight will not change after a confirmed payment. Moreover, if tickets are not issued after successful payment due to the negligence of Trip.com or if the ticket price increases, then Trip.com pays the differences.

Accurate Descriptions: Trip.com ensures that all the tour and ticket descriptions are accurate and valid. If there is any discrepancy between the information in the website and what the actual tour or ticket includes, customers can seek immediate assistance from them.
Booking Guarantee: If customers cannot use the entrance ticket due to a fault by trip.com and the issue is not solved within 30 minutes of being reported, then the customers can purchase tickets at the attraction for the price charged at entrance.
