Eastern Bank Ltd.-BASIS Co-Branded Credit Master card

In 2017, Eastern bank Ltd. launched a co-branded Master card in collaboration with Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services. BASIS had to under-go various complex processes for foreign purchase relating to IT/ITES procurement. But introduction of such a card accelerated the organization’s foreign spending by simplifying the existing processes. BASIS member companies can now remit up to $30,000 abroad to meet their bona fide business expenses in a calendar year. This new system made the whole process faster, reliable, secured and exclusive.

·      For the first year, employees of the BASIS member organization face zero issuance fee.

·      There is no Renewal Fee if someone uses the card for 18 times in a year.

·      Complimentary Access to EBL Sky lounge at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport and Shah Amanat International Airport.

·      EBL Mastercard Titanium cardholders will enjoy an interest-free period of maximum up to 45 days to minimum 15 days.

·      EBL Mastercard Titanium cardholders are entitled for coverage of TK 700000 as Accidental Death Insurance Coverage and are also enrolled in the Risk Assurance Program.

·      A complimentary free cheque book is issued to the cardholders for paying tuition fees, rent etc.

·      Cardholders can also get two supplementary cards on request for free. But all the transactions made from the supplementary cards will be shown separately on the monthly statement.
